Sometimes the model selection simply does not work out, you end up with a duplicate, or you need to return it for another reason...

No worries, you can return the purchased goods to us in accordance with Section 1829(1) of the Czech Civil Code within 14 days.

How to proceed?

1. Pack the undamaged goods in their original packaging, with all accessories, stand and documentation, back into the box in which they were delivered to you
2. Download the withdrawal from contract form (no reason required)
3. Fill it out, sign it and enclose it in the shipment
4. Send the shipment to the showroom address without cash on delivery

We will refund the money for the returned goods without undue delay, no later than within 14 days, to your bank account.
