How do I register?
Every customer who wants to shop on the e-shop and have the opportunity to participate in the Discount Program must register. You can access the registration form on the main page via the Registration link, located at the top of every page. Fill in all the fields in the registration form. To successfully complete the registration, simply click the Register button.
If you are shopping for the first time and most likely as a one-time purchase, you can go through the ordering process and after filling in the delivery details, we will confirm your order just like for any registered customer.
Please note, however, that you can only join the Discount Program by registering!
How do I log in?
To log into the system, click the Log In link located at the top of every page. Enter your email address along with your password and click the Log In button. From this point on, you are logged in and can fully use the e-shop.
How do I place an order correctly?
After you choose your desired model from our selection, which can be done in several ways:
- By clicking on a category link at the top and then selecting the model type and its detail from the drop-down menus on the left
- By clicking on the links on the left, and then on the model detail
- By using the search box, where you enter the term you want to search for and confirm.
Add the model to the cart by clicking the Add to cart button. Then either continue shopping or proceed to the cart. In the cart, you can also set the quantity you wish to order. If you want to continue shopping, simply click the Continue link. Next, select the shipping method and payment method:
Shipping:
- Personal pickup - by prior arrangement!
- Balikovna
- GLS courier service
Then select the payment method:
- Cash on delivery (with the applicable COD surcharge)
- Cash - Only for personal pickup!
- Online payment: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, VisaElectron, and DinersClub and Apple and Google pay
- Bank transfer to our account (or PayPal)
The next step is to fill in the delivery details. If you are a registered customer, the details will be pre-filled. Otherwise, you must fill them in manually. Then click the Continue button.
The final step of your order is a summary of the entire purchase. If everything is correct, simply click the Submit Order button. This completes the ordering process. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox shortly after.
How will I receive my goods?
If you place an order on business days, we will dispatch your order within 2 business days at the latest, usually the same day or the next (this applies to items in stock). For bank transfer payments, dispatch occurs within 2 business days from the date the payment is credited to our account.
How do I join the Discount Program?
Simply register and your purchase amounts are automatically accumulated, gradually assigning you to a discount tier. Learn more about the program at Discount Program.
How will I be regularly informed about new products?
Simply add your email to the newsletter subscription form on the bottom of every page.
I do not want to receive the newsletter, what should I do?
Click Unsubscribe in the email you received after activating the newsletter.
Can I view the products in person?
Absolutely! Just send an email to roman.scherks@modelyletadel.cz and arrange a personal visit to our showroom in Lazne Bohdanec.
Or visit one of the major aviation events in the Czech Republic or Slovakia - there is a 99% chance we will be there with our sales trailer!
