Martin B-26 Marauder
The Martin B-26 Marauder is one of the most controversial bombers of the US Air Force during the Second World War. This twin-engine medium bomber earned the nickname ‘Widow Maker’ due to its high accident rate during training, but in combat it proved to be a reliable and effective aircraft.
